Hello! I’m Monica. I’m fourteen years old. I’m from Piura. I like food that comes from plants.
Also, I love fish. For breakfast, I have papaya juice, an avocado sandwich and porridge. I
don’t like porridge, but it is good for our health. For lunch, I have fish, especially in ceviche.
Fish is important in our diet. I like peanuts too. For dinner, I have vegetables, corn, and a
cup of milk. I love chocolate, but I eat very little of it.
Hi! I’m Kevin. I am thirteen years old. I am from Huancavelica. I love food. Food that
comes from animals and plants. In my opinion, I have a healthy diet. For breakfast,
I have cheese, potatoes, an apple, and a glass of maca. Maca is very nutritious and
delicious. I don’t like Maca, but it is good for our health. For lunch, I have meat,
potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, and vegetables. I love meat. Regularly, I eat pork
or lamb. Meat has proteins our body needs. For dinner, I have chicken soup, a glass
of milk, and bread. My favourite foods are pork, sweet potatoes, and cheese.
