Esta comida típica alemana es una especialidad de Hamburgo. Una sopa

la propia carne del pescado. Lo curioso de este plato es que la anguila se le
añade casi al final, y el caldo inicialmente se hace con carne, verduras y…
fruta horneada.

SCHWARZENAUER
más conocido como sopa negra, por su color tan característico. Está hecha
con sangre de cerdo, vinagre y se le añaden trozos de carne y tubérculos.
Quienes la han probado dicen que una vez que lo pruebes, tendrás que
repetir.

BIRNEN, BOHNEN UND SPECK

Traducido al castellano “Peras, judías verdes y bacon”. ¿Puede ser más

preciso? Esta comida típica alemana a veces se acompaña con patatas y
mostaza. Es un plato muy completo que podrás encontrar incluso como
plato único.

LABSKAUS

Carne, puré de patatas y cebollas, remolacha en vinagre, pepinillo

encurtido, arenque y huevo frito. Todo esto lleva este plato típico de
Hamburgo. No cabe un ingrediente más así que es una buena forma de
probar mucha variedad de alimentos de la zona.

de la limpieza en las casas, característico del siglo XIX. Es similar a los utilizados
en otros países como Suiza.
El dirndl en sus primeras versiones, fue diseñado en telas gruesas para poder
soportar el clima invernal. Actualmente, se confecciona en algodón y en telas más
ligeras. El Dirndl, se usa en fiestas típicas y eventos tradicionales de Alemania,
aunque, actualmente el Dirndl es confeccionado con tonos más brillantes, a
diferencia de sus orígenes.

 El Tracht es una ropa nacional de países de habla alemán.

Trachten es el nombre de los trajes tradicionales de Alemania. La vestimenta

alemana no puede estar completa sin la mención del tracht, pues este incluso, ha
dado lugar a la creación de la Landhausmode, que recibe fuertes influencias de los
trajes utilizados por los agricultores y los campesinos. Para este traje tradicional,
se empleaba mayormente el lino o el loden, telas que resultaban más abrigadoras.
Es común ver los Trachten en el Oktoberfest.

Gamsbart

Gamsbart

El Gamsbart es un elemento del traje tradicional aleman y es un mechón de

cabello que se utiliza como elemento decorativo en los sombreros Tracht.
El extremo inferior del cabello se coloca en el metal y la parte superior va hacia
fuera como un pincel.
Según las antiguas tradiciones, estos se colocaron sólo en los sombreros, pero
hoy en día, el Gamsbart se utiliza como parte de la ropa y se incluye también en la
ropa femenina.

El Hamburger Motorrad Tage es considerado como el día de las motos. Durante

este evento se presentan nuevos tipos de motocicletas y se exponen modelos
clásicos.

Hafengeburtstag es el festival del puerto de Hamburgo.

Es un festival que celebra el aniversario del puerto de Hamburgo.

En la celebración se ofrecen espectáculos, desfiles y fuegos artificiales. Además,
el tradicional «Ballet de remolcadores», que consiste en el movimiento de los
barcos al ritmo de valses.

Es una feria anual que presenta espectáculos de fuegos artificiales. Se realiza en

la calle durante 4 días.

Hamburg Dom

Hamburg Dom

Es la feria más larga de Alemania.

Se realiza 3 veces al año en el centro de Hamburgo, durante
la primavera, verano e invierno. En su permanencia exhibe fuegos artificiales desde
el Heiligengeistfeld.
