INTRODUCTION
In this second evidence of learning of the subject Introduction to the General
Theory of Administration, which will be carried out in teams, we are going to
explain and develop in detail each one of the approaches that make up the
Classical Theory of Administration with the precursor that corresponds to each one
of these approaches requested by the teacher who teaches the subject mentioned
above.
In this evidence we will also identify the 6 essential functions according to Fayol
and we will explain who developed the Scientific Administration with its respective
precursor.
The information of this evidence will be explained in a more summarized way with
what was learned in class, information from the base book and different internet
sources.

CONCLUSION
By having the entire work team the plan that we would put into practice in order to
finish the work entrusted by the teacher of the subject, after doing a long
investigation by all the members of the team and sharing among all the information
obtained from Said consultation of information either on the internet or the
textbook, we put everything together and left what seemed most important to us
and that met the requirements requested to do the work to be done. Each one of
us acquired new knowledge and at the same time we also reinforced what was
seen before in the classroom, with what the team generally stayed with was the

The neoclassical school of administration determined very important concepts and
principles for organizations, for example the linear structure and the rationality of
work.
And something that stuck with us since it was part of the research carried out and
because we saw it in class is the objectives according to Taylor of the
administration are to pay better wages and reduce production costs per unit.
