 Final task – Part 2
1. Course Learning Outcome
At the end of the course, students describe tourist activities that can be done in different parts of their cities to function in the
English language at the A1+ level, using the appropriate grammar and vocabulary.

2. Description
Just like in the previous week, imagine that you work at “IPERU - Tourist Information and Assistance”. Your next job is to
create a SHORT VIDEO promoting the tourist attractions in the city where you live.

Step 1 - 2: Read the writing you wrote and take in mind the questions you answered. Important: in your presentation,
use the second person. Example:

What can you do in ”Tangamandapio”? It is a big city where you can do sightseeing, do some extreme sports
and eat very delicious food. In addition, tourists do…

What can you see in…? There are many places to visit like The Cathedral of Tangamandapio, an ancient
edification but really beautiful. Next to the Cathedral there is an important museum for Mexican history. … etc.

 Step 3:
• Each student must participate at least 3 times.
• Remember that it’s important to show your face during the dialogue.
• The video must last between 2-4 minutes.

A tener en cuenta:
Hay una cantidad de intervenciones que debe hacer cada estudiante y no es que aumenten más preguntas
(Miss, pero solo hay 4 preguntas y somos 3 ¿tengo que crear más preguntas? NO). Se refiere a las veces
que intervienes, quizá a una pregunta hay dos personas que contestan a esa interrogante dando
información. Recuerden que los tres o el par, trabajan en “IPERU - Tourist Information and Assistance” y su
trabajo es hacer la PRESENTATCIÓN PROMOCIONAL.

Pueden usar POWER POINT, pero siempre APARECIENDO FRENTE A LA CÁMARA Y SIN
MASCARILLA. También puedes usar fotos en físico, posters, papelógrafos, objetos que tengas. No es
obligatorio, pero te ayuda a expresarte mejor. Si deseas estar de pie, ¡Bien! a veces ayuda mejor estar en
movimiento, pero lo dejo a tu libre elección.

 A tener en cuenta:
1. Recuerden que la presentación que realizarán NOS TIENE QUE INVITAR a visitar el lugar que escogieron.

2. TODOS LOS INTEGRANTES DEL GRUPO DEBEN DE MENCIONAR SUS NOMBRES COMPLETOS y la

intervención debe ser equitativa usando preguntas, respuestas, la gramática y vocabulario que hemos

visto en este ciclo y que se ha pedido usar en la redacción de cada párrafo (parte 1).
