SEGUNDO TRIMESTRE
Nuevamente ponemos a disposición de las y los estudiantes de nuestro Sistema Educativo Plurinacional
los textos de aprendizaje para el apoyo en sus procesos de formación, con la recomendación de que
aprovechen con el mayor empeño posible. Por nuestra parte hemos puesto los mayores esfuerzos en su
elaboración. Esta vez, los textos contienen las temáticas curriculares correspondientes al segundo y tercer
trimestres. Se trata de un esfuerzo para que la presentación de los temas sea más homogénea y su entrega
más oportuna.
Como en anteriores oportunidades, los textos están articulados a varios tipos de recursos pedagógicos a
los que se accede a través de códigos QRs; de este modo, estudiantes, maestras y maestros tienen a su
alcance videos, audios, lecturas y actividades complementarios que apoyan el avance de las diferentes
temáticas en cada uno de los niveles y áreas de conocimiento. Entonces, el recorrido de los textos se torna
más interactivo, didáctico e integral. Además, a esta iniciativa se suman 11 videos y 22 textos informativos
en formato QR que muestran el aporte de las empresas estratégicas de Bolivia sobre temáticas relacionadas
a los programas de estudio en las áreas de Biología, Física, Química y Ciencias Sociales.
Otros elementos novedosos de los actuales textos los hacen históricos porque, como parte de la
revitalización de las lenguas originarias en todos los niveles y años de escolaridad, incorporan audios de 33 5
de las 36 lenguas originarias que son reconocidas en nuestra Constitución Política de Estado. Constituye
el esfuerzo más significativo que se ha hecho hasta la fecha para que nuestras lenguas sean visibilizadas
y escuchadas a lo largo de toda nuestra geografía nacional. La recuperación y fortalecimiento de nuestras
lenguas son tareas que encaramos de modo paralelo a la armonización de los currículos regionalizados,
con particular fuerza en el Decenio Internacional de las Lenguas Indígenas 2022 - 2032.
Los textos que ahora presentamos han sido elaborados por maestras y maestros de todo el territorio
nacional, conforme se especifican en los créditos respectivos; por tanto, son el reflejo de las variadas
miradas regionales sobre las diversas temáticas que abordan, dando sentido al carácter plurinacional de
nuestro Sistema Educativo. Este aspecto constituye otra de las mejoras que hemos introducido en esta
edición. Agradecemos profundamente a todos ellos por su esfuerzo y dedicación en intensas jornadas de
trabajo coordinado con el Ministerio de Educación.
Finalmente, con los textos de aprendizaje y los recursos pedagógicos complementarios (ejercicios
de lectura comprensiva, plataforma, guías, protocolos, audiovisuales, tele y radio clases) ya venimos
aportando, entre todos, acciones directamente orientadas a la mejora de la calidad de aprendizajes y de
la calidad educativa, en el marco de nuestro Plan “Bolivia 2025: Primero la Educación”.
