4. Introducción
Este trabajo va orientado a la hacia la empresa Repuestos Rimar SAS, siendo una
historia fue una empresa donde parte de sus áreas fueron administradas empíricamente en el
tiempo, hasta el año pasado por razones de fuerza mayor hubo un cambio en la Gerencia de la
empresa a raíz de esto ya tienen cierta confianza y muchas veces se tratan con palabras no
adecuadas, tonos y actitudes que no reflejan un buen clima laboral interno en la empresa y se ve
reflejado algunas veces en lo externo, se han tomado algunos controles pero no han sido
efectivos y seguimos viendo el mismo inconveniente al cual queremos encontrar una solución
para tener un buen clima laboral interno en la empresa y que se vea reflejado en su exterior
5. Abstracto
This work is aimed at the company Repuestos Rimar SAS, being a company where
its main process is the import and sale of automotive parts for American cars in Colombia,
having been in the market for more than 40 years, throughout its history it was a company where
part of its areas were empirically administered over time, until last year for reasons of force
majeure there was a change in the management of the company and with this came changes in
the organization implementing the phases of the administration accordingly to many members
The new processes and controls that are currently being carried out did not cause grace, they are
people with good seniority in the company as a result of this they already have some confidence
and many times they are treated with inappropriate words, tones and attitudes that do not reflect
a good internal work environment in the company and is sometimes reflected externally, some
controls have been taken but they have not been effective and follow We are seeing the same
problem to which we want to find a solution to have a good internal work environment in the
company and that is reflected outside because it affects the results of the organization.
