Abstract
This article is the
result of the description and interpretation of some linguistic forms used by young people in Bogotá, at the Jorge Tadeo
Lozano University, where the corpus was collected; both the description and interpretation were achieved considering
the subjective and valuative construction of the linguistic reality expressed. The analysis is thus intended to show how in
terms and expressions used by the young people surveyed, you can raise a type of reading of the subjectivity reflected
and establish ways to measure and assess their own existential reality. This will serve to deepen the relationship
between the linguistic phenomena and social events, as well as between words and their ability to express individual and
social thought of subjects. This is achieved by analysing the interactions of young university students in Bogotá,
Colombia, hoping to reach a complementary reading of the studies offered on the subject by several authors.
