Los principales compradores de Airbnb son aquellos que realizan cada vez más su
contratación por medio de la propia página web, es decir, la contratación
individual.
En este caso, los principales suministradores de Airbnb son los propietarios de las
viviendas.
Al contrario que en los hoteles no se tiene que negociar condiciones sobre las
cantidades o plazos de entrega pero sí se debe de tener en cuenta las condiciones
de los competidores para intentar ofrecer otras mejores condiciones, consiguiendo
un mayor número de propietarios y a su vez prestarles una mejor y más
individualizada atención con el fin de lograr fidelizarlos.

origen de dónde viaje el cliente. En nuestro caso, afecta positivamente ya que por
ejemplo si un cliente Estadounidense quiere viajar a España al realizar el cambio

usuarios finales, como para los propietarios de las viviendas. Con esta página
online los clientes aumentan sus posibilidades de elección entre las diversas
