Mis Vacaciones Futuras

Si fuese rica me gustaría tomarme un año sabático y me gustaría viajar por todo
el mundo. En mis vacaciones futuras me gustaría conocer el continente Europeo y
me gustaría viajar en tren para disfrutar más de los maravillosos paisajes que la
naturaleza ofrece. En mis vacaciones futuras iré principalmente a Suiza, esquiaré
y me hospedaré en un hotel 5 estrellas que tenga una vista majestuosa frente a
los Alpes Suizos.

Obviamente, mi familia me acompañaría en esta aventura fantástica,

disfrutaremos de un momento muy especial con calidad y al mismo tiempo
relajante. Otro país que quiero visitar es Italia, estoy muy interesada en conocer
más sobre su cultura y su comida. Iré especialmente a Venecia, deseo navegar en
una góndola sobre los canales hermosos que posee esta ciudad. También visitaré
la ciudad cosmopolita de Roma para conocer el antiguo Coliseo de Roma, la
Basílica y la Plaza de San Pedro.

Además incluiré en mi viaje la ciudad de Pisa, conocida por su famosa torre

inclinada la cual lleva su mismo nombre. Haré un recorrido por La Toscana, la
más bella ruta del vino de Italia donde descubriré decenas de pueblitos y
pequeñas ciudades detenidas en el tiempo.

Incluiré en mi viaje París, Holanda, Alemania, Dinamarca, Grecia, y Mónaco.

También visitare el continente Asiático así como los templos de la India, la Muralla
China, visitaré Japón, especialmente Tokio porque deseo ver florecer los cerezos,
Iré a Corea del Sur ciudad con arquitectura moderna, iré a Dubái ciudad
ultramoderna y sus islas en forma de palmera, visitaré Singapur, Jerusalén,
Tailandia ciudad famosa por su gastronomía, iré a China especialmente Pekín,
Hong Kong y más países exóticos que Asia ofrece a sus visitantes.

Es un sueño que deseo que se cumpla pero tengo esperanzas de hacerlo en el

futuro. Se vale soñar y lo último que se pierde son las esperanzas así que estas
vacaciones serían un momento muy especial para escapar de la rutina y del estrés
y un tiempo de calidad para compartir más tiempo con la familia y al mismo
tiempo disfrutaré de la belleza de estos países, conoceré su cultura, comida,
gente, tradiciones y costumbres.
 My Future Vacations

If I was rich I would like to take a sabbatic year and I would like to travel around the
world. In my future vacations I would like to know the continent European and I
would like to travel in train to enjoy more the wonderful landscapes that the nature
offers. In my future vacations I will go mainly to Switzerland, I´m going to ski and I
will stay in a 5 star hotel that has a majestic view in front of the Swiss Alps.
Obviously, my family would accompany to me in this fantastic adventure, we will
enjoy a very special time with quality and at the same time it will be relaxing
Another country that I want to visit is Italy, I am really interested in knowing more
on its culture and its food. I will go specially to Venice, I desire to sail in a gondola
on the beautiful channels that this city has. Also I´m going to visit the cosmopolitan
city of Rome to know the old Roman Coliseum, the Basilica and St. Peter's Square
In addition I will include in my trip the city of Pisa, well-known by its famous
inclined tower which takes its same name. I will make a route by the Toscana, the
most beautiful route of the wine of Italy where I will discover dozens of small towns
stopped in the time.
I will include in my trip Paris, Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Greece, and
Monaco too.
Also I´m goint to visit the Asian continent as well as the temples of India, the
Chinese Wall, I will visit Japan, specially Tokyo because I wish to see bloom the
cherry trees, I will go to South Korea city with modern architecture, I´m going to go
to Dubái ultramodern city and its islands in palm form, I will visit Singapur,
Jerusalem, Thailand famous city by its gastronomy, I will go to China specially
Beijing, Hong Kong and more exotic countries than Asia offer to their visitors.
It is a dream that I wish that is fulfilled but I´m hoping to do in the future. It is worth
dreaming and the last thing that is lost is hope so these vacations would be a very
special moment to escape of the routine and stress and it will be a period of quality
to share more time with the family and at the same time I will enjoy the beauty of
these countries, I will know their culture, food, people, traditions and customs.
 My Favorites Foods

When I go out to eat with my friends or family I prefer to go to a restaurant where

they offer a quality food and have a varied menu. So in this way I can choose the
dish that I like the most.

My favorite dishes are lasagna and paella. I like lasagna because I love the taste
that comes from the combination of Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, for me it
is a delight. There are different recipes but you can prepare according to your
taste.
Lasagna is a dish of the kitchen that is made with thin sheets of pasta, meat,
different kind of cheese, vegetables, basil, tomato paste and bechamel sauce if
you want.
Lasagne does not belong to Honduran gastronomy it belongs to Italian cuisine
with international projection is very popular.

Also I love the paella of seafood, is a dish that I like a lot. The paella is a dish that
comes from the gastronomy of Valencia, Spain. I like rice with broth
accompanied by prawns, lobster, snail, fish steak and crayfish and lemon, It´s a
delight, a pleasure to eat it.

I prepare this type of food on special days because my family likes it and me too.
They are expensive dishes but it is worth enjoying them.
