Management is a charge that occupies the director of a company which has among
its multiple functions, represent the company against third parties and coordinate
all resources through the process of planning, organization, management and
control in order to achieve objectives set and get good results.
It is important that the manager of today understand that being a manager is more
than a charge, it is a great responsibility you have with the company and is
measured by good results, since it is the most important parameter to measure
their personal and professional success .
The future of the company depends on good decisions and good management that
it can exercise at any given time during development in this position and may incur
five common mistakes a manager.
The first temptation is about the professional egotism, is the fact of putting the race
and ego to the other priorities, knowing that for the most important manager is the
growth of your company and the welfare of this.
The second temptation is fear that has to be rejected for that reason, we allow
things that are wrong and we deprive ourselves of responsibility and duty to
demand compliance with our subordinates
The third temptation speaks to know to make decisions, the problem is that we
make a good decision without a clear idea of what you want to get, little information
that makes it impossible to demand accountability.
The fourth temptation is the continuing desire of harmony, ie is the fear of facing
the positive ideological conflict lest it becomes a fight and someone gets affected.
The fifth temptation is the lack of confidence in himself and in others by the
constant fear of being vulnerable.
As a person and as a manager is very important to have confidence, if there is
confidence in personal and labor, you have the ability to recognize mistakes, once
