La gerencia es un cargo que ocupa el director de una empresa lo cual tiene dentro
de sus mltiples funciones, representar a la sociedad frente a terceros y coordinar
todos los recursos a travs del proceso de planeamiento, organizacin, direccin y
control a fin de lograr objetivos establecidos y obtener resultados bueno.
Es importante que el gerente de hoy en da entienda que ser gerente es ms que
un cargo, es una responsabilidad grandsima que se tiene con la empresa y se
mide mediante bueno resultados, puesto que es el parmetro ms importante para
medir su xito personal y profesional.
El futuro de la empresa depende de buenas decisiones y de buenos manejos que
este pueda ejercer en un tiempo determinado y en el transcurso y desarrollo en
este cargo puede incurrir en los cinco errores frecuentes de un gerente.
La primera tentacin trata sobre el egosmo profesional, es decir el hecho de
anteponer la carrera y el ego a las dems prioridades, sabiendo que para un
gerente lo ms importante es el crecimiento de su compaa y el bienestar de
esta.
La segunda tentacin es el miedo que se tiene al ser rechazados por eso,
permitimos cosas que estn incorrectas y nos privamos del deber de exigir
responsabilidad y cumplimiento a nuestros subalternos

La tercera tentacin habla de saber tomar decisiones, el problema es que

queremos tomar una buena decisin sin tener claro de lo que se quiere obtener,
poca informacin esto hace imposible exigir responsabilidad.
La cuarta tentacin es el deseo continuo de la armona, es decir es el temor de
enfrentar el conflicto ideolgico positivo por miedo a que se convierta en una pelea
y que alguien salga afectado.
La quinta tentacin es la falta de confianza en s mismo y en los dems por el
constante miedo a ser vulnerable.
Como persona y como gerente es muy importante tener confianza, si hay
confianza en lo personal como en lo laboral, se tiene la capacidad de reconocer
los errores, una vez que tengamos el valor de admitirlos la otra persona tendr el
valor de comprenderlos, si nunca te equivocas la monotona te consumir y te
llevara a la desesperacin, el fracaso es algo inevitable que como seres humanos
debemos admitir, no pretender que somos perfectos ni nicos, esa es la clave del
xito, aprender a sufrir por los errores y no volver a caer en ellos otra vez y que
quede como experiencia y un ejemplo a seguir para los dems.
Un gerente con mucha experiencia en esta tarea sabe muy bien que estar rodeado
de personas inteligentes, expertas en lo que hacen, influyen positivamente en la
relacin personal profesional, ser una retroalimentacin de conocimiento ellos
aprendern de ti y tu de ellos.
La tentacin ms frecuente y ms vistas en el mundo empresarial son los gerentes
que se creen invulnerables, egocntricos, creen que los planetas giran alrededor
de l, son la nica voz de la empresa y nadie puede contradecirlos, no le brinda
confianza ni libertad a sus empleados y tienden a incurrir ms al fracaso y error.

Management is a charge that occupies the director of a company which has among
its multiple functions, represent the company against third parties and coordinate
all resources through the process of planning, organization, management and

It is important that the manager of today understand that being a manager is more
