MASA GRASA-MASA MUSCULAR


Con la suma de los pliegues Tricipital, Bicipital, Subescapular y Suprailiaco se puede calcular el porcentaje de
masa grasa empleando la tabla VI y las siguientes formulas:
Masa Grasa (Kg.) = Peso (Kg.) x % Masa grasa
Masa Magra (Kg.) = Peso (Kg.)_ Masa grasa
