Lesión:
Parte del ovario que es inconsistente
con su función fisiológica normal

Componente sólido:
Es una estructura que tiene alta
ecogenicidad (hiperecogenicidad ) con
presencia de tejido ( por ejemplo el
miometrio, estroma ovárico, fibroma)

 EVALUACIÓN SUBJETIVA DEL FLUJO SANGUÍNEO

1)Score color de 1: Se da cuando no

hay flujo de sangre dentro de los
septos, paredes del quiste o áreas de
tumores sólidos.

2)Score color de 2: Se da cuando

solo se puede detectar un flujo
mínimo

3)Score color de 3: Se da cuando un

flujo moderado es presente

4) Score color de 4: Se da cuando la

masa anexial aparece muy
vascularizada con un flujo sanguíneo
marcado
