 CASO SIMULADO NRO 6.
Luis Armonía de 9 años 2 meses quien sufrió politraumatismo en accidente de tránsito el día 6 de septiembre de
2022 al ser arrollada por automóvil en vía pública generando trauma craneal con pérdida de la conciencia por unos
minutos y dificultad para respirar trauma en extremidades inferiores con presencia de herida sangrantes. Ingresa a la
unidad de emergencia en regulares condiciones, con tendencia a la somnolencia, irritable, hemodinámicamente
estable, al examen físico con edema y dolor en cadera derecha con limitación para la movilización. Fue valorada
también por el servicio de Neurocirugía quien encuentra paciente con Glasgow 13/15, irritable desorientada,
lenguaje incoherente, sin déficit neurológico, toman tomografía axial computarizada cerebral simple
evidenciándose hemorragia subaracnoidea postraumática de fosa posterior y aparentes pequeñas contusiones
hemorrágicas no confluentes sin efecto de masa y edema cerebral difuso incipiente. Utilice los datos para llenar la
