 La importancia del historial crediticio

Tener un buen historial crediticio es básico para la salud de tus finanzas.

Esto se logra pagando a tiempo tus tarjetas de crédito, la mensualidad
de tu auto, o cubriendo puntualmente el pago de cualquier otro
financiamiento u obligación que puedas tener.

Tu calificación orienta a los prestamistas sobre tu riesgo crediticio.

Las calificaciones otorgadas por las agencias de informes crediticios
varían de país en país. Sin embargo, cuanto más alta sea tu
calificación, menor será el riesgo que perciben los prestamistas y por
ende mayor posibilidad de que te brinden un crédito.

1) Score negativo o positivo : Uno de los puntos en el que se percibe una gran diferencia entre ambos
reportes es el score. En el reporte de la SBS no hay un score sino, cinco tipos de calificación que se basan
en la puntualidad de tus pagos. Asimismo, el reporte SBS no cuenta con un sistema de predicción del
comportamiento, su información es sobre el pasado.

2) Deudas financieras, comerciales y de servicios: La SBS reúne informacion únicamente del sistema
financiero mientras que Infocorp reúne la información crediticia tanto de la SBS como de fuentes adicionales:
banca no regulada, micro financieras, empresas comerciales, compañías de telefonía, luz, agua, deudas a
municipios y deudas al SAT.

3) Protestos de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima: Mientras que el Reporte SBS no incluye información acerca
de los protestos y moras de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima, el reporte Infocorp, gracias al convenio que tiene
con la CCL, permite conocer los títulos protestados en mora.
