“ESTUCHE DE CIRUGÍA
MENOR”

CIRUGÍA MENOR :

 procedimientos quirúrgicos sencillos y generalmente de corta duración, realizados sobre


tejidos superficiales y/o estructuras fácilmente accesibles.
 bajo anestesia local, que tienen bajo riesgo y sin complicaciones post quirúrgicas significativas.

SET DE CIRUGÍA MENOR:

• Debe seguir los mismos principios de calidad y de funcionalidad que cualquier


 Material de corte. Bisturí
otro instrumental quirúrgico usado en cirugía mayor y tijeras.
 Pinzas de disección.
 Material de hemostasia.
 Material de tracción.
 Separadores.
 Material para el cierre.

PORTA-
BISTURÍ TIJERAS PINZAS
AGUJA

 Escalpelo : latín scalpere que se refiere a  corte preciso sobre la


cortar o incidir. piel y otros tejidos
BISTURÍ  Escalpelo o lanceta
2 elementos:  N°15: + empleada para disecar tejidos
 N°11: para drenar absceso y retirar
HOJAS DEL BISTURÍ: puntos.
 N°10: incisiones en piel gruesa

MANGO DE FIJACIÓN:  N°3: hojas del10 al 15 (estándar en cirugía menor)


 N°4 con hojas del 18 al 24 (cirugía mayor)

IMPORTANTE:
MONTAJE DESMONTAJE

 Ayuda del portagujas


 Tomar por su parte mas ancha y hacia abajo.  Levantar la hoja en extremo proximal
 Mano izquierda toma el mango del bisturí.  Fijar con portagujas
 Deslizar la hoja de arriba hacia abajo, ensamblando  Empujar en sentido distal ( hacia el suelo)

con la base del tercio superior del mango

Preferible: cortar de una sola pasada


todo el espesor de la piel . No mellada
 CM ( cortes pequeños) ( retrasa cicatrización)
TIJERAS  Es el instrumento empleado para disecar y cortar tejidos; así como
suturas y otros materiales
Clasificación:
 Según su Hojas: hojas pueden ser rectas o curvas ( función)
 Según su remate: Romas o Punta

Mas utilizadas:

Tijeras de material: para cortar hilos, apósitos,


vendas... las de uso más generalizado son las tijeras
de Mayo Rectas.
Tijeras de disección: de hojas mas afiladas, son para
cortar tejidos y efectuar disecciones romas , Mayo
Curvas. + son las tijeras de Metzembaum curvas de 14 cm
MANEJO:
 Introducir las falanges dístales de 4º y 1º dedo en las
anillas
 apoyando el pulpejo del segundo dedo sobre las ramas
Porta-agujas

 Permiten manipular cómodamente las agujas curvas, fijándolas


mediante un mecanismo de cremallera
 En CM se recomienda el porta agujas tipo estándar de 10 o 12 cm
 Que permite utilizar agujas de hasta 4/0.
 Importante: no manipular otros materiales.

 falanges dístales de 1º y 4º dedos


USO (dominante)
 el 2º dedo extendido hacia la punta

 porta agujas en la unión de su 1/3 medio con el

 formando un ángulo recto respecto al porta.
Pinzas de disección

 Instrumentos quirúrgicos que permiten sujetar tejidos y


materiales mediante la fuerza ejercida por la presión de las
ramas.

Se clasifican:

Pinzas de disección sin dientes (Atraumatica)


 retirar puntos
 hacer hemostasia conjuntamente con el bisturí eléctrico

Pinzas de disección con dientes (traumática)


 separa piel del tejido con más firmeza
 utilizan cuando se resbalan las pinzas de disección a traumáticas

 Estándar: Tamaño 13-14 cm


 De Adson: 12 cm ( + precisión en Mas Utilizado en
campos pequeños) CM

USO
Se sujetan como un lápiz Mano no dominante
Separadores

 Utilidad: mejorar la exposición del campo quirúrgico


traccionando o retrayendo tejido.
 Ayuda visualización del campo opera-torio
 En cirugía menor : importante del tipo de doble uso o Senn-Mueller

Se puede utilizar ambos extremos:


 Pose 3 dientes curvos y una hoja curva plana
 Tamaño 165 mm FARABEUF (Uso de ambos
lados Superficial)

ESTILETE
Instrumento que permite explorar una herida a profundidad y
observar su dirección gracias a su terminación puntiaguda.

SONDA ACANALADA 140 mm


 permite el drenaje de líquidos, heridas o abscesos,
evidenciando el trazado de las fístulas.
 Guía el recorrido del bisturí
PINZAS DE HEMOSTASIA
• Se emplean para :
- traccionar tejidos,
- clampar vasos sanguíneos
-manejar drenajes
-disección roma de tejidos ( no tijeras)

puntas finas, curvas y sin


dientes se necesitan para Ramas más largas y fuertes
vasos y estructuras son para tejidos gruesos
pequeñas

Halstead: (2 ó 3 )
Comúnmente llamadas Mosquito.
+ usadas CM.
Terminación curva y sin dientes.
Tamaño 12 cm.
