Hay artículos que comparten similitudes en sus aportes como la reducción de tiempos en la
fabricación, mejora de la detección de defectos en los procesos productivos, mejora de las
finanzas de las organizaciones provocadas por la producción de productos defectuosos,
mejorar la rentabilidad de las empresas y disminución de defectos en la producción.
B) PROBLEMA SOLUCIONADO:
Entre las principales soluciones que se hallaron son la disminución de productos
defectuosos, optimización de los desempeños de las maquinarias, reducción de los costos
por productos defectuosos, mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos, determinación de la causa
raíz de los productos defectuosos, reducción de los tiempos perdidos en los procesos de
elaboración de productos, uso de la nube de datos que se interpreta de los sensores en la
línea de producción, uso de la DMAIC y el uso de las 6s, flujo del VSM para poder
interpretar el sistema productivos del sistema y así realizar el mapeo correspondiente y el
uso del Kanban para ver los procesos de flujos y carga del proceso del trabajo para lograr
una reducción de los desperdicios que se generan por el no tener un sistema que ejecute los
procesos correspondientes de cada terminal. En síntesis, se pudo apreciar que si bien hay
diferentes soluciones por cada problemática que se manifiesta en los artículos todos brindan
una solución mediante el uso de Lean Six Sigma para poder así reducir los productos
defectuosos o identificar que procesos en las líneas de producción generan retrasos.
C) HERRAMIENTAS/TÉCNICAS APLICADAS:
Los artículos también presentan herramientas particulares o distintas a las demás como:
Red neuronal, algoritmo UEP, DSM, Matlab, Control de procesos basado en MPC, ERP y
sistema de analisis visual.

Diferencias
Por otro lado, los demas articulos si bien cuentan con una solucion en Lean Six Sigma (Ly
Duc, M.; Maia, D.R.P.; Avola, D; Srivastava, K.), sensores (Skėrė, S.; Hall, R.). industria
4.0 (Huang, Z; Hall, R) tecnologia sustentable (Anna, T) todos estos indican que las
herramientas usadas por ellos muestran una reducción del problema financieros, uso de
datos de la empresa dentro de la nube, eliminación de desperdicios de todas las líneas, uso
de las ERP y MPC para la detección de los defectos en los procesos y implementación de
sensores en cada línea de la estación.
Conclusión
En conclusión, se logra hallar diferentes escenarios a los problemas de la industria
manufacturera, que se también abarca a la metalmecánica, y que dichos problemas se
logran solucionar gracias a las diferentes herramientas. Se debe de tomar en cuenta las
soluciones de las herramientas del Six Sigma y de Lean Manufacturing y como estas se
pueden interpretar en un Kanban. En vista de todo esto, es recomendable usar herramientas
que nos ayude a identificar cuales ocasionan productos defectuosos y mostrarlos en una
tabla como es el Kanban para poder solucionarlo rápidamente.
