CONDICIONALES.
Ejemplo: “If I had known that I was going to fail, I would have given it a miss
(pasar de algo)”.
If you had studied more, you would have passed your exam
The government has been dragging its feet (retrasar/ posponer adrede/
dormirse en los laurels) on the global warming issue. If I had been in its
shoes, I would have taken responsibility for this disaster.
If the governments had locked boarders when they first heard of
coronavirus in Wuhan, it would not have been regarded as a
pandemic threat.
Ejemplos:
-If only same-sex marriage were made legal all over the world.
-I wish the minimum wage were up to a certain standard in the entire world.
Ejemplos:
IT IS IMPORTANT (Subjuntivo)
Ejemplos:
-It is vital that you NOT MAKE mistakes with the subjunctive.
