Barcelona (hereinafter, "the Company") notifies
you of its decision to proceed with your
disciplinary dismissal effective today, November
23rd, 2023. The aforementioned decision is based
on the commission of serious and very serious

section B and C, of the Collective Bargaining

I. Job title and responsibilities
As you are aware of, the Company’s core
business is interactive entertainment and both the
development and edition of video games for
mobile devices.
Likewise, as you know, you render services as
Game Client Engineer within the Midcore Divison,
being your tasks:
- Delivering features and bug fixes with
acceptable bug and re-open rates
- Contributing to the creation of technical
plans and identifying development risks

- Contributing to stand ups, tech meetings,
retro’s and managing stakeholder

comunica su decisión de proceder a su despido
disciplinario con efectos del día de hoy, 23 de
noviembre de 2023. Dicha decisión se
fundamenta en la comisión de faltas laborales
continuadas por su parte de naturaleza graves y
muy graves de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el
artículo 24, apartado B y C, del Convenio
Colectivo Estatal de Empresas de Consultoría y
Estudios de Mercados y de la Opinión Pública (en
adelante, “el Convenio Colectivo de aplicación”)

del Estatuto de los Trabajadores (en adelante, “el

siendo sus tareas las siguientes:

III. Breach of labor duties

Colectivo de aplicación: “El fraude, la
deslealtad y abuso de confianza en las
gestiones encomendadas.”
❖ Artículo 54.2, apartado b, del Estatuto de
los Trabajadores: “La indisciplina o
desobediencia en el trabajo.”
❖ Artículo 54.2, apartado d, del Estatuto de
los Trabajadores: “La transgresión de la
buena fe contractual, así como el abuso
de confianza en el desempeño del
trabajo.”
❖ Artículo 54.2, apartado e, del Estatuto de
los Trabajadores: “La disminución
continuada y voluntaria en el rendimiento
de trabajo normal o pactado.”

the determination to proceed with your disciplinary
dismissal effective date of today, November 23rd,
2023.
As a consequence of your dismissal, you must
return any document, file, equipment, material,
credit card, mobile phone or any other material
owned by the Company that you may still have at
your disposal or in your possession as a result of
your position work or tasks performed.
