APLICACIÓN DE PINTURA

1. OBJETIVO
Establecer los lineamientos necesarios para la aplicación de revestimiento para el GSCY en el
presente proyecto INTEGRIDAD GSCY FASE II.

5. DESARROLLO
– Que la superficie a ser pintada este seca, limpia, libre de suciedad, aceite, grasa, agua u
otro material contaminante extraño.
– La temperatura del sustrato debe ser verificado con el termohigrometro esta debe ser
3°C (5°F) por arriba del punto de roció en presencia del fiscal de revestimiento y este
valor debe ser antes de empezar las operaciones de aplicación.
– El tiempo que se debe mezclar debe ser de 1 a 2 minutos aproximadamente para lograr
una mezcla homogénea.
– La aplicación de los componentes mezclados, deberá estar dentro del pot-life (tiempo de
vida útil de la mezcla) que es de aproximadamente 18 minutos a 23°C.
– El revestimiento debe ser aplicado en una única capa, de manera que se obtenga un
espesor de 25 mils (635 micrones) de espesor de película seca. El aplicador del
revestimiento debe verificar con un medidor de espesor de película húmeda (tipo peine)
la pintura aplicada para garantizar que el espesor especificado sea alcanzado.
– Los espesores de película húmeda, película seca, avances o rendimientos de cada kit
utilizado, se registraran en los registros R-PO-KS-MEC-010-01.
5.2.1 Rendimiento
El rendimiento teórico es de 1.1 metro lineal por kit de mezcla de 2 litros lo que es igual al
rendimiento de 2.1 m2, según indicaciones de YPFB TRANSPORTE S.A. y el fabricante de
pintura.
– Limpie con un trapo seco sin pelusa o aplique un chorro de aire sobre la superficie con
recubrimiento, para eliminar los residuos del lijado de reparación. La superficie debe
estar limpia y seca antes de la aplicación del revestimiento.
– La temperatura del sustrato debe ser verificado con el termohigrometro, esta debe ser
3°C (5°F) por arriba del punto de roció en presencia del fiscal de revestimiento y este
valor debe ser antes de empezar las operaciones de aplicación.
– La aplicación del recubrimiento sobre el área a reparar, se realizara con rodillos y/o
espátulas plásticas apropiadas, llegando al espesor mínimo especificado (25 mils / 635
micrones). Ver ficha técnica en Anexo V.
El Supervisor de Calidad / Inspector Nace I/II, verificará las distintas etapas del proceso de
aplicación del recubrimiento de acuerdo con lo establecido en este procedimiento.
– Una vez el revestimiento este seco al tacto duro (Ver ficha técnica en Anexo V), se
utilizará un equipo detector de porosidad de acuerdo a la norma NACE Standard
RP0188 para la localización de discontinuidades en el nuevo recubrimiento.
– Se realizara sobre el mismo ducto GSCY, los valores mínimos obtenidos serán no menor
a 2000 Psi de acuerdo a lo indicado por cliente YPFB TRANSPORTE S.A con su
proveedor.
– Se realizara 1 ensayo (3 dollies) por cada tramo menor o igual a 100 metros de longitud
pintados, para tramos mayores a 100 metros de longitud, se realizara un ensayo cada
100 metros. Los dollies serán distribuidos circunferencialmente a las agujas del reloj en
un solo punto del ducto revestido. Punto de prueba acordado con fiscalización.

Adherencia”.

– Toda sustancia química que sea llevada al sitio debe tener aprobación por parte del
supervisor del sitio de YPFB Transporte S.A. y contar con HDSM en el sitio.

6.2 Salud.
– Se verificara que una vez acabado la aplicación de revestimiento, todo residuo sea
retirado del área y trasladado al depósito temporal de residuos, conforme al
procedimiento PO-KS-MA-GSCY-002 “Gestión de residuos Sólidos y Líquidos”.
6.4 Social.
– Con la debida anticipación se debe realizar el formulario FO.065 Permiso de Paso o uso
Temporal de Espacios fuera del Derecho de Vía para realizar Trabajos de
Mantenimiento y/o Construcción, para transitar por áreas fuera del DDV en propiedades
privadas o comunales.
– Antes de iniciar los trabajos todos los propietarios deben ser notificados por escrito
mediante los formularios FO.065 Permiso de Paso y FO.063 Acta de Verificación de
Estado de Infraestructura en el Área de influencia de Ductos. Al finalizar los trabajos
deben obtener del propietario el FO.064 Acta de Entrega y de Conformidad de
Infraestructura en el Área de influencia de Ductos, para evitar reclamos posteriores.
