PASSIVE VOICE:
Example:
What is passive voice?
Matt está limpiando su habitación.
La voz pasiva se utiliza para mostrar interés por la persona o cosa que es Matt is cleaning his room.
objeto de una acción, en lugar de la persona o cosa que realiza dicha acción. (voz activa)
Dicho de otro modo, la persona o cosa más importante pasa a ser el sujeto de
la oración. La habitación está siendo limpiada por Matt.
The room is being cleaned by Matt.
Examples: (voz pasiva)
-The passive voice is used frequently. (= nos interesa la voz pasiva, no quién la
usa.)

La voz pasiva suele utilizarse en textos formales. Cambiar a la voz activa hará
que lo que escribes resulte más claro y fácil de leer.
La habitación estaba siendo limpiada por Matt.
Example: The room was being cleaned by Matt.
Active Voice: (voz pasiva)
A few well-chosen words convey a great deal of meaning.

Future Progressive:
Para formar una frase pasiva a partir de una frase en Futuro Continuo
seguiremos lo siguientes cambios:
Subject ₊will be + being + past participle verb
Example:
Active Voice:
A las 8:00 pm de esta noche John estará lavando los platos.
At 8:00 PM tonight, John will be washing the dishes.
Passive Voice:
A las 8:00 pm esta noche, los platos estarán siendo lavados por John
At 8:00 PM tonight, the dishes will be being washed by John. Passive
Ten en cuenta que estamos viendo la estructura básica, pero que estas mismas
frases las podemos encontrar en negativa o interrogativa.
Example:
La habitación no está siendo limpiada por Matt.
The room isn't being cleaned by Matt.
¿Estaba la habitación siendo limpiada por Matt?
Was the room being cleaned by Matt?
