Yo voy a explicar las otras características de la administración que es la flexibilidad y la

unidad temporal.

En el caso de la de la flexibilidad nos hace referencia que cada empresa tiene diferente
sus objetivos y sus principios por lo cual la administración debe de ser flexible para
poder adaptarse a los diferentes organismos y así lograr tener una mejor organización.

Y hablando ahora de la unidad temporal nos podémonos referir a esta como la que
permite a la empresa planificar metas para lograr que se puedan llevar a cabo tanto su
planteamiento como su ejecución.

En conclusión estas dos características se basan siempre en que la empresa por medio
de la administración logre tener una organización en donde se fijen y cumplan cada
objetivo planteado dependiendo el tipo de la empresa.

In conclusion, these two characteristics are always based on the fact that the
company, by means of the administration, manages to have an organization
where each objective is set and fulfilled, depending on the type of company.
