COSECHANDO
El Enoturismo o Turismo Enológico, es una propuesta que se basa en el vino como
factor principal para transmitir experiencias sensoriales y culturales, introducir al
EXPERIENCIAS visitante en las peculiaridades del “Terroir” que da origen a nuestros vinos, su gente,
características distintivas de la tierra y atributos del vino.

A la variedad Tannat, intensa y distintiva de Uruguay, se suma el La Guía de Enoturismo en Uruguay es una puerta abierta a los paisajes y su gente, a través de vivencias enriquecedoras en
reconocimiento de nuestros vinos blancos frutados y jóvenes, hasta los nuestros viñedos y bodegas. Disfrutar de un paseo por los sentidos, experimentar su variada gastronomía, la naturaleza, el patrimonio,
más intensos tintos. Las cepas Moscatel Hamburgo, Merlot, Ugni Blanc, las historias de inmigrantes; que serán junto al visitante parte de un racimo aún mayor.
Marselan, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noire, Malbec,
Sauvignon Chardonnay ocupan la mayor superficie en los viñedos
uruguayos, con atributos capaces de cautivar al amante de un buen vino.

Establecimiento Juanicó es la principal bodega uruguaya,
elabora la reconocida marca de vinos Don Pascual, llamada
así en honor a Don Pascual Harriague, vasco francés que
introdujo la variedad Tannat en nuestro país. Un lugar
único, declarado Monumento Histórico Nacional debido
a sus antiguas edificaciones mantenidas intactas desde
su fundación.
La bodega cuenta con más de 200 hectáreas de
viñedos y parques que son el hábitat natural de
aves y fauna autóctona. Un lugar donde la naturaleza
combinada con el fascinante mundo del vino, hacen una

Juanico is the main Uruguayan winery and it produces the renowned wine brand Don Pascual,
named in honor of Don Pascual Harriague, a French Basque who introduced the Tannat in our
country. This is a unique place, declared a National Historic Heritage Landmark because of its
old buildings kept intact since its foundation.

Nuestra bodega declarada Monumento Histórico, Patrimonio

Around 1854 the Lahusen family from Germany and with a

The Zubizarreta family has completed its first sixty years
producing wines with artisanal care, young and fruity ones
that portray the best of each variety.
Grapes such as Tannat, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Muscat
of Hamburg, Sauvignon Blanc and Marselan, are found in our
vineyards in Carmelo with their richest nuances.
The vines grow on the lands that once belonged to the old
