ALWAYS GOT A COLD.

Siempre tengo un resfriado

It's cold, then it's hot, then it gets cold, then it's hot again. Have I gone mad?
No,... spring has arrived.
Hace frío, luego hace calor, luego hace frío, luego hace calor otra vez. ¿Me he
vuelto loco? No... la primavera ha llegado.

And you just don't know what to do in spring... it's a very confusing time of year.
First you go out wearing short sleeves but then in no time at all you have to put
a coat on.
Y simplemente no sabes qué hacer en primavera... es un momento muy
confuso del año. Primero sales llevando manga corta pero luego enseguida
tienes que ponerte un abrigo.

And that's how we all end up getting colds. You take your coat off
and... ...there's a cool breeze. It's not freezing but enough to catch a chill.
Y así es como todos terminamos cogiendo resfriados. Te quitas el abrigo y...
hay una brisa suave. No hace frío pero lo suficiente para coger un catarro.

Later on, you are warmly wrapped up in your coat and... the sun comes out and
it is unbearably hot! You're sweating now so you take off your coat and... you
catch a chill.
Luego, estás calentito abrigado en tu abrigo y... ¡sale el sol y hace un calor
insoportable! Estás sudando ahora así que te quitas el abrigo y... coges un
catarro.

And at night things get even worse. If you go to bed without a blanket or a duvet
you wake up in the middle of the night freezing cold.

Y por la noche las cosas se ponen incluso peor. Si te vas a la cama sin una
manta o un edredón te despiertas en medio de la noche helado de frío.

But if you put a blanket or a duvet on you can't get to sleep and are tossing and
turning all night because you are too hot. So you throw them off and... at four
o'clock in the morning you wake up cold.

Pero si echas una manta o un edredón no puedes dormirte porque estás dando
vueltas toda la noche porque hace demasiado calor. Así que te las quitas y... a
las cuatro de la mañana te despiertas frío.

So we spend the whole of spring getting chills and catching colds.

Así que nos pasamos toda la primavera con catarros y cogiendo resfriados
