Sandra: The budget reports are the documentation of the financial reports that
provide information data regarding the financial and honest capacity of the
company.

accountant and I know the financial details of the company.

Tacher: to prepare the budgets we must take into account the following: A list of
monthly income, A list of fixed expenses for each month, A list of expenses that
vary each month, Define cash flow and a calculation of the difference between
expenses and entry.

Miguel: The company has an organized and efficient system in which its different
parts, levels and functions are coordinated.

Sandra: The budget must foresee what is going to happen in everything that is in
its content.

miguel: Remember, what we are looking for is to keep track of our business
finances.

Tacher: how would we do our budget report?

Sandra: what we are looking for is to monitor the finances of our company.

Miguel: When preparing a report we must bear in mind that first of all we are going
to have to reflect on how, when and why we are going to do it.
Miguel: For example, suppose our budget had a balance of $ 2,000,000 pesos, but
in reality (at the end of the month) I had a balance of $ 1,000,000 pesos…. What
happened? Well, start looking where that money went.

Tacher: serves as a presentation to show the detail of what are the desired
objectives for which the report is made.

Sandra: The procedures and methodology to achieve these stated objectives are
presented. We can use graphic elements!

Miguel: In the last part of the report, the final result of what was explored should be
reflected and reflected in the report that is made clear and understandable to
resolve the situation.

Sandra: It must be written in a formal and objective way, in the third person and in
a passive voice.

Tacher: and clearly explain why they are relevant.
