EL JARDÍN ENCANTADO
PROYECTO: “EL MUNDO ENCANTADO DE LOS DINOSAURIOS”
NIVEL: ARDILLAS

nuggets, hierbas, etc.

EN INGLÉS
Topics: Dinosaurs, commands (up, down, right, left) recognition of the numbers from 1 - 15, daily
routines, association of actions with animals, relation of real objects with geometric figures,
numerical counting with the hands, like and dislike.
try to get to number 15, since the numbers begin to be repetitive from 1 to 15, we will stand out and
we will also begin with the process of counting on hands, we will approach the world of dinosaurs
where children learn a little about different types of their diet and we will reinforce some actions
through them, finally it is very important that the child associates the English language with his
environment, so we must try to repeat the names of daily routines at the same time as doing it
while learning a new language requires immersing yourself in it, so I recommend that you try to get
him to hear the language a lot in home through songs, stories and movies so little by little the child
will recognize the language.
Methodology:
They will warm up every day which is very important because it allows the child to start
thinking in that language and they can also review previously seen topics.
Every day they will sing songs related to the themes worked on during the month.
With songs it is very important to use images and body movements so that they can
understand what they hear.
They will do activities that require development of gross motor skills and will make children
have fun learning.
They will use total physical response activities to get students excited about learning the
second language.
Learn about different dinosaurs by painting, singing, sorting.
Learn each dinosaur by practicing actions, colors and diet.
Main objectives:
Learn without feeling that they are learning and use their bodies to remember words while
having fun, this way they will not forget what they have learned.
Lengthen the attention spans.
Combining actions with animals
Count from 1 to 15 by assigning a number to a certain amount.
Associate real objects with geometric figures.
Learn about words that describe objects and animals with colors, actions and adjectives.
Follow simple instructions.
Be able to link figures (rectangle, circle, triangle and square), colors (yellow, red, blue and
green), numbers (1 - 15) and sizes (big and small).
Learn some dinosaur names, their diet and reinforce actions through them.
Recognize some dinosaurs and describe them (color, action, diet).
