TRADUCCIÓN INGLES
- Hey Claudia, I need your help !! Could you explain to me how sales improved in the
company where you work?
- Sure, Pablo !!
- (Pablo) Look! I know that in the company where you work, they were presenting financial
problems due to the decrease in their sales and customer retention.
- (Claudia) It's okay Pablo, pay attention.
- (Claudia) Sales in a company can go down for various reasons and identifying them will
help you define the actions you can take to counteract them.
- (Pablo) I don't understand you Claudia!
-Claudia: The first thing that the company where I work was to size and isolate the
problem, that is, it discovered why sales decreased and they took action.
-(Pablo) ….
- (Claudia) What the company does every three months is:
Analyze and improve your sales processes, such as a change in strategy or re-evaluate if it
is working. Rectifying is wise!
We constantly improve customer service, customer satisfaction is being measured with the
phrase "If you don't do it, there will be others who will do it for you."
All employees learn every day. It is time to update ourselves, we must promote a culture of
learning, especially in relation to the digital world.
- (Pablo) Now I understand you! You began to improve your internal and external service,
since the customer is the reason for being of a company; therefore, your priority is taking
care of him. It is clear that without customers there are no sales, and without sales there is
no business.
- (Claudia) It is correct Pablo, but do not forget that it is important.
- (Claudia) That each company plans its processes and strategies.
- (Pablo) Thanks Claudia, everything was clear to me.
