Primera parte
Prepositions

At In
We use AT to talk about specific locations We use IN to talk about general locations
such as: Shopping mall centers, such as: Shopping mall centers,

Segunda parte
Daily routine/ Rutina diaria and Present simple/ Presente simple
What is a daily routine? / Que es una rutina diaria?
A daily routine is something that you do on a normal day. / Una rutina es algo que hace en
un día normal.
How to write about your routine? / Como escribir sobre tu rutina?
❖ Use the base form of the verb (Present simple). / Use la forma base del verbo
(Presente simple).
1. I sing / Yo canto
2. You clean / Tu limpias
3. They play / Ellos juegan
Note: Remember to add the s to the verb if you use the third person singular (he/she/it). /
Recuerde agregar la s al verbo si esta usando la tercera persona singular.

❖ Adverbs of frequency
The adverbs of frequency are used to indicate how often an activity is made. / Los
adverbios de frecuencia se utilizan para indicar que tan seguido se realiza una actividad.

Always (Siempre) I always wake up at 6:00 / Yo siempre me

Usually (Usualmente) He usually plays with the ball/ El

Eduardo daily routine

English
Eduardo is a Colombian boy. He lives in Bucaramanga, Santander. He lives with his family
in an apartment. He is fourteen years old and he has got a younger brother, Francisco, and
a dog, Junior.
He always wakes up at 6:00 o’clock. He gets up, goes to the bathroom. takes a quick
shower, brushes his teeth, and get dressed, after he walks Junior around the street and
comeback at 7:30. Then he has breakfast, at 8:00 o’clock he leaves home and catches the
bus to school.
In the school, he expends almost all day from 8:30 to 3:00 o´clock, he hardly ever takes
lunch at school because sometimes he stays after school to help with the cleaning of the
playground.
When he arrives home, he never forgets to walk Junior with his little brother, because is the
only time in the day when they spend time together, after he does some homework and
takes dinner with his parents, at 10:00 o´clock he prepares to go to the bed.

Español
Eduardo es un chico colombiano. El vive en Bucaramanga, Santander. El vive con su familia
en un apartamento. El tiene catorce años tiene un hermano menor, Francisco, y un perro,
Junior.
El siempre se despierta a las 6:00 de la mañana. El se levanta, va a al baño, toma una
ducha rápida, cepilla sus dientes y se viste, después el pasea a Junior alrededor de la calle
y vuelve a las 7:30. Entonces el desayuna, a las 8:00 deja la casa y toma el bus a la escuela.
En la escuela, el dedica la mayoría del día desde las 8:30 hasta las 3:00 de la tarde, el rara
vez almuerza en la escuela, a veces se queda después del colegio para ayudar con la
limpieza del patio de juegos.
Cuando el llega a casa, el nunca se olvida de pasear a Junior con su hermano menor,
porque es el único tiempo del día cuando pasan tiempo juntos, después el hace algo de
tarea y cena con sus papás, a las 10:00 de la noche el se prepara para ir a la cama.
