1. Procure to Pay Process of Goods

1.1 Overview
Material Demand and Supply – End to End Process

1.2 Material Requirements

Material requirements are generated through Plant Maintenance (PM) Work Orders or Manual Reservations

• “Free Text” material requirements generate a Direct Charge Purchase Requisition to Supply
• Inventory material requirements generate an MRP Purchase Requisition for Stock Transfer or Purchase

1.3 Purchasing
The procurement of goods is managed through MRP (Materials Requirements Planning) Purchase Requisitions for
stock and Direct Charge Requisitions for non-stock or “Free Text” goods.

Purchase Requisitions can be managed through the RFQ (Request For Quotation) or Auto PO process.

Vendors can supply goods directly or through a third-party supplier.

1.4 Delivery
Most goods are delivered to the Centurion Warehouse in Goods received at Centurion will either be stocked, staged,
or shipped Macedon (Remote). Goods delivered to the Macedon (Remote) will either be stocked or consumed for a
maintenance job.
