4.1 IN ENGLISH
Mr. BROWN: Good morning, Mr. CONNOR and Mrs. TAYLOR, today in our
meeting we are going to plan the sales budget report of our company.
Mr. CONNOR: Good morning, Mr. BROWN, if we are going to do it since we
have 2 weeks to complete it and deliver it.
Mrs. TAYLOR: how is the sales budget report prepared?
Mr. BROWN: The first thing we must do is to know that it is a sales budget.
Mr. CONNOR: Yes, a sales budget is the first entry that the company needs
to estimate the income, expenses, costs and in general all the elements that
make up the company's financial statements.
Mrs. TAYLOR: So, this document is vital as it will guide our company to make
precise decisions about marketing strategies, sales monitoring.

influence.
Mrs. TAYLOR: So, we need to analyze the proposals of other competitors,

depends on how wisely we plan all the activities of our company.

making accurate financial decisions and a good planning process.
Mr. CONNOR: Since we finished analyzing how the sales budget is made,

reunión vamos a planificar el informe del presupuesto de ventas de nuestra
empresa.
Sr. CONNOR: Buenos días, Sr. BROWN, si lo vamos a hacer ya que tenemos

Sra. TAYLOR: ¿cómo se prepara el informe de presupuesto de ventas?
Sr. BROWN: Lo primero que debemos hacer es saber que es un presupuesto
de ventas.
Sr. CONNOR: Sí, un presupuesto de ventas es la primera entrada que la
compañía necesita para estimar los ingresos, gastos, costos y, en general,
todos los elementos que conforman los estados financieros de la compañía.
Sra. TAYLOR: Entonces, este documento es vital ya que guiará a nuestra
compañía para tomar decisiones precisas sobre estrategias de
mercadotecnia, monitoreo de ventas.
Sr. BROWN: Si el precio también influye, ya que es la esencia de las
transacciones comerciales de la compañía.
Sr. CONNOR: Los compradores, el vendedor y la competencia en el precio
también influyen.
Sra. TAYLOR: Entonces, debemos analizar las propuestas de otros
competidores, también debemos preguntarnos si el precio elegido por los
clientes pagará por ello o no.
Sr. BROWN: Debemos hacer el presupuesto en cuenta para gastos tales
como carteles, precio de venta por caja, individual.
Sr. CONNOR: Sí, también debemos mantener un estado financiero como el
balance general, el estado de resultados y el estado de flujo de efectivo.
Sra. TAYLOR: Entonces, lo que entiendo del objetivo de los estados
financieros es proporcionar información sobre la situación financiera actual
de una empresa, el rendimiento y los cambios que tienen.
Sr. BROWN: Sí, también debemos considerar el hecho de que los
accionistas, administradores, socios comerciales, acreedores, autoridades
fiscales y analistas financieros y el público tienen mucho que ver con nuestro
presupuesto.
Sr. CONNOR: Como sabemos, los indicadores de desempeño financiero se

crear y analizar estados financieros.
