HELADOS DE CHAMOY

Introduccin
Buenos das, ingeniero, maestro y compaeros.
Somos el grupo Numero uno y en la maana de hoy prepararemos los deliciosos helados de
chamoy.

Ingredientes:

1 pia grande
1 libra de azcar
1 litro de agua
10 limones
libra de pepita de ayote
Sal
Chile
Vasos
Palillos

Procedimiento

1. Se pela la pia
2. Se corta la pia en trocitos pequeos
3. Se licua con agua y azcar
4. Se agrega la mezcla en cada vaso
5. Se le colocan los palillos en cada vaso
6. Se colocan los helados en el refrigerador
7. Se exprimen los limones
8. Se agrega pepita de ayote y sal al gusto.

para servir

9. Se sacan los helados del refrigerador y se colocan en un recipiente con agua, para sacarlo del
vaso
10. Y agregamos la mezcla de limn, pepita de ayote y sal.

Dependiendo de la cantidad de helados que se vayan a preparar la cantidad de los ingredientes
van variar.

CREAM OF CHAMOY

introduction

1 pound sugar

Procedure

1. Peel pineapple
