Un modelo se encarga de dar una solución a problemas de la salud y las maneras de enfermar y morir de la
población.

Objetivo: Es hacer coincidir y coordinar la oferta de servicios con las necesidades de cada paciente sin
excepciones por su edad, país de origen, sexo, entre otros.
Recibiendo un servicio de salud gratuito de manera digna, oportuna, con eficacia y calidad.
