EPIDEMIOLÓGICOS
TC craneal si:
GCS < ó = 12.
Deterioro progresivo del nivel de conciencia.
Déficits neurológicos focales.
Confusión (GCS 13 o 14) que no mejora en al menos
4h de observación clínica.

PRUEBAS a realizar en el
DIAGNÓSTICO de TCE
TC craneal si:
Evidencia clínica o radiológica de fractura sea cual sea
el nivel de conciencia.
GCS 15 sin fractura pero con:
Cefalea severa y persistente.
Náuseas y vómitos.
Irritabilidad o comportamiento inadecuado.
Convulsión.
