Conclusiones
• La sepsis es un cuadro grave, de alta mortalidad que requiere una
pesquisa constante por todo el equipo.
• El diagnostico debe movilizarnos a un manejo precoz de este.
• El retrasar un paso no debería enlentecer el resto de las medidas de
control.
• El manejo quirúrgico se define caso a caso.
