B. Gawain 1: Feelings Charades (30 minutes)
1. Pamamaraan
a. Have the students sit properly.
b. The teacher will discuss the definition of self-acknowledgement, self-
awareness and self-regulation.
c. The teacher will give the instructions to the students about the game.
d. Divide the learners into teams; you may have 2 or more teams depending on
the size of your class.
e. Ask for a volunteer timer to keep the time to 2 minutes per round of
pantomime acting.
f. Each member of each team gets to pick and act out a situation for the other
team.
2. Pagbubuod
a. What was it like to act out various feelings?
b. What did you learn about yourself as you reacted to different situations?
c. What did you learn about your peers’ feelings in different situations?
d. How can we support each other especially during difficult times?
C. Gawain 2: Sharing (20 minutes)
1. Pamamaraan
a. The teacher will give instructions on the sharing of outputs.
b. Students will share their feelings towards the activity and express what they
learned about their feelings.
D. Makabuluhang Pagwawakas
Listening and Reflection:
Teacher ending message: We all have our own responses to different things
depending on our experiences growing up. It’s important for us to respect other
people’s feelings and show empathy and support especially when they are
experiencing difficulty. Support can come in the form of mere presence, or letting
them know you are there for them as a friend.

IV. TAKDANG-ARALIN

Encourage each or two family member to write their feelings or things they are
grateful for in a small piece of paper and drop them in the jar/box.
Optional: make this an offering during family prayer time.
