Se trata de analizar la función que cumple el
Registro de la Propiedad en el tráfico jurídico
al servicio de la seguridad. La materia
registral es excesivamente compleja y
técnica, y las modificaciones legislativas en
ocasiones suponen un ataque al modelo de
seguridad jurídica establecido, por lo que es
importante analizar estos cambios y advertir
de sus posibles riesgos. Al mismo tiempo, el
estudio comparado de diferentes sistemas
registrales permite comprobar la evolución
de los países de nuestro entorno en relación
con la seguridad jurídica inmobiliaria.
This research project tries to analyse the
function that the Land Charge Register fullfills
in the legal transactions for safeguard the
security. The registered matter is so complex
and technical, and sometimes legislative
changes involve an attack on the current
legal security model. So, it is very important to
analyse these changes and to advise the
posssible risks.
The comparative study of different registered
systems makes possible to check the
evolution of property legal certainty in
different countries.
