Lesson 1
4 YEARS

INTRODUCCIÓN PEDAGÓGICA

El diseño del cuadernillo se divide en tres (uno por trimestre). Cada uno
consta de diferentes fichas y una mascota que presenta el proyecto llamado,
Happy Monster.
La metodología utilizada sigue un enfoque globalizador, los
contenidos se encuentran contextualizados en situaciones reales por lo
que el alumnado llega a comprender el significado de las palabras y
expresiones a través de gestos, imágenes, movimientos y diversas
situaciones.
El proceso de aprendizaje del vocabulario y las expresiones se
consigue a través de diferentes actividades complementarias además del
cuaderno de trabajo como el english corner, juegos simbólicos, canciones,
bits o cuentos.
Las unidades están estructuradas en torno a centros de interés
muy próximos a los niños como los saludos, el cuerpo, la familia… Es
sorprendente cómo los alumnos pueden comprender esta segunda
lengua y participar activamente.
Con la generalización de los aprendizajes de la lengua extranjera
desde edades tempranas, se ha apostado por propiciar su uso para
enriquecer el contexto educativo y potenciar al máximo el desarrollo
integral de niños desde los primeros niveles.
Una de las ventajas más relevante de introducir el inglés a esta edad
es que para ellos es un juego y por ello, se involucran fácilmente en
las tareas propuestas.
