Labores de Inspección: Implican la
apertura de la envolvente para tareas de
inspección visual.
Labores de Manipulación: Tareas de
montaje y/o sustitución de elementos, así
como cambios en el taraje de elementos
del cuadro.
Labores de Maniobra: Tareas de carga de
software, comprobación de sistemas de
caldeo /ventilación. Labores de
mantenimiento preventivo que no incluyan
a los cuadros eléctricos, realizados desde
la interface. Excepcionalmente también se
considerara labor de maniobra la
comprobación del taraje de los
interruptores automáticos.
Inspección del Armario GROUND
Compartimento A. Para realizar labores de
inspección en este compartimento es
necesario abrir el seccionador externo de
alimentación general del sistema y poner a
tierra la acometida aplicando el protocolo
descrito en la IU0047 IU0048 IU0049
IU0069 o IU0072 vigentes.
Compartimento B. Para realizar labores de
inspección en el compartimento B es
necesario abrir los automáticos Q5 y Q2
mediante sus mandos en puertas.

Inspection tasks: The ground cover must
be opened for visual inspection tasks.
Manipulation tasks: Elements assembly
and/or replacement tasks, as well as
changes in the tare of the panel elements.
Operation tasks: Software uploading tasks
and checking of ventilation and heating
systems. Preventative maintenance tasks
excluding those of the electrical panels
done from the interface. Exceptionally the
verification of the circuit breaker tare will

Inspection of the ground cabinet
Compartment A. In order to carry out
inspection tasks in this compartment it is
necessary to open the system's general
power supply external disconnecting switch
and then earth the service wires applying

mando en puerta y esperar 10 minutos para
que se descarguen los condensadores y se
enfríen las resistencias.
Compartimento E. Para realizar labores de
inspección en este compartimento es
necesario abrir el automático Q2 mediante su
mando en la puerta y esperar 5 minutos
hasta que se paren los ventiladores
Compartimento F y G: Para realizar labores
de inspección en este compartimento es
necesario abrir el automático Q5 mediante su
mando en la puerta y esperar 10 minutos a
que se descargue el bus de condensadores y
se enfríen los elementos susceptibles de
calentarse. La apertura del compartimento F
está supeditada a la apertura del
compartimento G.
Compartimento H y I: Para realizar labores
de inspección en este compartimento es
necesario abrir el automático Q5 mediante su
mando en la puerta y esperar 10 minutos a
que se descargue el bus de condensadores y
se enfríen los elementos susceptibles de
calentarse. La apertura del compartimento H
está supeditada a la apertura del
compartimento I.
Compartimento J. Para realizar labores de
inspección en este compartimento es
necesario abrir el automático Q5 mediante su
mando en puerta.
Compartimento K, L, M. Para realizar
labores de inspección en este compartimento
es necesaria la apertura de la manilla con
herramienta apropiada.

Manipulación del armario GROUND.
Compartimento A. Para realizar labores de
manipulación en este compartimento es
necesario abrir el seccionador externo de
alimentación general del sistema y poner a
tierra la acometida aplicando el protocolo
descrito en la IU0047 IU0048 IU0049
IU0069 o IU0072 vigentes.
Compartimento B. Para realizar labores de
manipulación en el compartimento B, antes
es necesario abrir los automáticos Q5 y Q2
mediante sus mandos en puertas.
Compartimento C. Para realizar labores de
manipulación en este compartimento es
necesario abrir el automático Q5 mediante su
mando en puerta
Compartimento D. Para realizar labores de
manipulación en este compartimento es
necesario abrir el automático Q5 y Q2
mediante su mando en puerta y esperar 10
minutos para que se descarguen los
condensadores y se enfríen las resistencias.
Compartimento E. Para realizar labores de
manipulación en este compartimento es
necesario abrir el automático Q2 mediante su
mando en la puerta y esperar 5 minutos
hasta que se paren los ventiladores
Compartimento F y G: Para realizar labores
de manipulación en este compartimento es

QN, esperar 5 minutos a que la UPS se
desconecte.
Compartimento M. Para realizar labores de
manipulación en el compartimento L es
necesario abrir los automáticos Q2, esperar 5
minutos a que la UPS se desconecte.
Maniobra del Armario GROUND.
Compartimento B. Para realizar labores de
maniobra en este compartimento es
necesario abrir el seccionador externo de
alimentación general del sistema y poner a
tierra la acometida aplicando el protocolo
descrito en la IU0047 IU0048 o IU0049
vigentes. Es necesario abrir los automáticos
Q5 y Q2 antes de abrir la puerta.
Compartimento F y G: Para realizar labores
de manipulación en este compartimento es
necesario abrir el automático Q5 mediante su
mando en la puerta y esperar 10 minutos a
que se descargue el bus de condensadores.
La apertura del compartimento F está
supeditada a la apertura del compartimento
G.

2. ARMARIOS,CIERRES Y MANILLAS
Con carácter general, y cada 6 meses es
necesaria una inspección visual del estado
de las envolventes, verificando el estado de
los cierres, puertas y manillas. Si se observa
alguna anomalía, anotar en el Registro de
Control e intentar subsanar en la medida de
lo posible.

2. CABINET, LOCKS AND HANDLES
Every 6 months, visually check the state of

3. COMPROBACIÓN DE PARES DE
APRIETE
Cada 12 meses, comprobación visual de
pares de apriete en uniones de embarrados a
mangueras externas.
Comprobar visualmente que el estado de los
aislantes de los embarrados no estén
deteriorados en ningún punto y separe por
completo las pletinas en todas las partes
activas de la acometida.
Estado del lacrado de la tornillería de pletinas
y cables de potencia.
En caso de que se aprecie manipulación
alguna, proceder a la revisión de apriete y
posterior lacrado.
Tornillería M8, par 24 Nm. Tornillería M10,
par 47 Nm. Tortillería M12, Par 64 Nm.
4. PROTECCIONES DE SOBRETENSIÓN
Cada 12 meses, comprobar visualmente las
protecciones de sobretensión. Revisar los
indicadores de defecto en la parte superior.
En caso de indicación de defecto, proceder al
cambio de la protección.
5. COMPROBAR EL ESTADO DE LOS
CABLES Y TERMINALES
Cada 12 meses comprobar visualmente el
correcto guiado de los cables de forma que
estos no estén en contacto con pletinas
desnudas.
Cada 12 meses,
-Comprobar visualmente posibles
deficiencias en los aislamientos y puntos
calientes, verificando el color del
aislamiento y terminales. Anotar en caso
afirmativo en el Registro de Control.
-Revisar visualmente el estado de los
conectores del procesador SISTEAM A.

3. TORQUE VERIFICATION
Every 12 months, visually check the torque
in the bare strips-external hoses union.
Visually check the condition of the busbar
insulation to make sure it is not deteriorated
at any point and that it perfectly separates
the platens in all energized service wires.

4. OVER VOLTAGE PROTECTION

6. RELÉS
Cada 12 meses, comprobación visual de los
elementos de ―forzado‖ manual de los relés,
en caso de encontrar algún relé ―forzado‖ se
procederá a dejarlo en su posición normal.
Anotar en este caso en el Registro de
Control.
7. FILTROS DE LOS VENTILADORES
Cada 12 meses, comprobar estado de los
filtros de los ventiladores de extracción de
aire y si fuera necesario proceder a su
cambio.

8. RESISTENCIA DE CALEFACCIÓN
Comprobar el funcionamiento de la
resistencia de calefacción R11 del
compartimiento L subiendo el ajuste del
termostato ubicado en la propia resistencia
hasta que se active.
En el caso de que no se produjera la
activación de la resistencia, comprobar los
termostatos y la propia resistencia y si fuera
necesario, reemplazarlos.
9. VENTILADORES
Comprobar visualmente el correcto
funcionamiento del ventilador V3 bajando el
ajuste del termostato BT10 hasta que se
activen dichos ventiladores. En el caso de
que no se produjera la activación, comprobar
los termostatos y los propios ventiladores y si
fuera necesario, reemplazarlos.
10. TERMOSTATOS
Cada 12 meses comprobar el tarado de los
termostatos del compartimiento C:

6. RELAYS
Every 12 months, visually check the
