ALCANCE
Este documento es aplicable a todos los modelos
AW3000 con celda de protección 12kV del fabricante
IBERICA
OBJETIVO
El objetivo del presente documento es describir las
comprobaciones de las celdas de protección 12kV.
Estas pruebas serán OBLIGATORIAS ANTES DE
ENERGIZAR el aerogenerador.
CONDICIONES DE SEGURIDAD
EXISTE PELIGRO DE DESCARGA
ELÉCTRICA.
La apertura de las diferentes envolventes
de los compartimientos no implica en
ningún caso la ausencia de tensión en los
mismos, por lo que el acceso a estos sólo
pueden ser realizado por personal
cualificado y siguiendo las condiciones de
seguridad.
Las condiciones que se detallen a
continuación deben considerarse como
mínimas. Siempre es preferible cortar
alimentación general y comprobar ausencia
de tensión. Pueden existir defectos en la
instalación que produzcan retornos de
tensión no deseados. Existe peligro de
descarga eléctrica.
AUSENCIA DE TENSIÓN
Las comprobaciones de las celdas se
deben hacer con AUSENCIA DE
TENSION.
La celda de línea y la celda de servicios
auxiliares estarán ABIERTAS Y PUESTAS
A TIERRA.
 La llave de la celda de línea estará
quitada y guardada para evitar una
conexión inadvertida por personas ajenas a
las pruebas
 No hay continuidad eléctrica entre
los bornes TM1-TM2 en la celda de control
 No hay continuidad eléctrica entre los
bornes TM5-TM6 en la celda de control
CAPACITACIÓN PERSONAL
Las operaciones que se detallan a
continuación sólo se podrán ser realizadas
por personal cualificado, formado en temas
eléctricos, conocedor del presente manual
y de los planos asociados a las celdas. Se
recuerda la obligatoriedad del cumplimiento
del R.D. 614/2001 para trabajos eléctricos.
En caso de otros países aplicarán sus
correspondientes Disposiciones Legales.

SCOPE
This document applies to all AW3000 models with a
protective switch gear cabinet 12kV from
manufacturer IBERICA.
AIM
This document describes the verifying for protective
switch gear cabinet 12kV.
These tests are COMPULSORY BEFORE
ENERGIZING the wind turbine.
SAFETY CONDITIONS
THERE IS DANGER OF ELECTRIC
DISCHARGE.
The opening of the different compartment
covers does not in any case imply the
absence of voltage, therefore these can
only be accessed by qualified staff,
according to the safety rules.
The rules specified below must be
considered the minimum. It is always
preferable to cut the general supply and
check the absence of voltage. There may
be defects in the installation that cause the
voltage to return unexpectedly. There is
danger of electric discharge.
ABSENCE OF VOLTAGE
Verify the switch cabinets without voltage.
OPEN and EARTH the line switch cabinet
and the auxiliary services switch cabinet.
 Remove the key to switch cabinet 1
and keep it to avoid it being inadvertently
connected by another person
 There is no electrical continuity
between terminals TM1-TM2 inside control
cabinet.
 There is no electrical continuity
between terminals TM5-TM6 inside control
cabinet.
VERY IMPORTANT/ATTENTION:
These operations may only be performed
by qualified staff, trained in electrical
issues, and familiar with this manual and
with the drawings associated with the
switch cabinets. Remember that it is
obligatory to comply with R.D. 614/2001 for
electrical procedures.

METODO DE COMPROBACIÓN CONTINUIDAD PROCEDURE FOR CHECKING CONTINUITY

El objetivo de la comprobación de continuidad es
asegurar el conexionado de los hilos dentro del
sistema bajo prueba.
Las medidas se hacen con un polímetro en la
posición de ohmios y en el rango de más precisión
(normalmente 0.01 ohmios a 99 ohmios).
Para el timbrado de cables será necesario tener
sondas de prueba con más de 1.5m de longitud. La
medida se hará en ohmios con una precisión de
0.01Ω.
A veces la prueba puede dar resultados que
aparentemente son buenos pero con un análisis del
circuito más exhaustivo dan otras conclusiones. Es
importante tener en cuenta la magnitud de las
resistencias medidas. Es muy fácil dar como buena
una conexión cuando en realidad está equivocada
