Leyenda peruana:

A) Todo comenzó cuando el pueblo inca fue conquistado por los españoles. La tierra de los
Incas ya no era de ellos, y la gente se vio obligada a trabajar para los españoles. El pueblo Inca
estaba triste y perdido, pero un día, una leyenda comenzó a correr entre ellos.

Comienza la historia de la leyenda del Cóndor y las montañas andinas. Todo comenzó cuando
un niño llamado Tito estaba pastoreando sus llamas en los Andes. Vio un cóndor volando sobre
él y quedó asombrado por su belleza. De repente, el cóndor se posó en una roca cercana y Tito
se acercó a él con asombro.

B) "Hola, joven", dijo el cóndor. "¿Qué te trae hoy a las montañas?"

"Solo estoy pastoreando mis llamas", respondió Tito. "Pero te vi volando por encima de mí, y
me asombró tu belleza".
"Bueno, tengo un regalo para ti", dijo el cóndor. "Te llevaré en un viaje a través de los Andes, y
verás la belleza de esta tierra desde lo alto".
Tito quedó asombrado por la oferta del cóndor y rápidamente aceptó. En primer lugar, el
cóndor lo llevó sobre los picos nevados de los Andes, y Tito vio la belleza de las montañas
desde arriba. Luego, volaron sobre la selva amazónica y Tito vio la vegetación y los animales
que vivían en ella. Anteriormente, solo había escuchado historias al respecto.

C) A continuación, volaron sobre la costa del Pacífico y Tito vio el océano y su inmensidad.

over the snow-capped peaks of the Andes, and Tito saw the beauty of the mountains from
above. Then, they flew over the Amazon rainforest and Tito saw the vegetation and animals
that lived in it. Previously, I had only heard stories about it.

C) Then they flew over the Pacific coast and Tito saw the ocean and its immensity. Afterward,
the condor took him back to his village and Tito was filled with gratitude.
From that day on, Tito became known as the boy who flew with the condor. He told everyone
in his village about the beauty of the Andes, and the legend of the condor began to spread.
Eventually, the legend became so well known that the Incas began to believe that the condor
was a messenger of the gods and that it brought them hope and freedom. In the end, the
legend gave the Inca people the strength to fight for their land and freedom.
