If it is a deep plate, the napkin goes to the right of the diner but if the plate is flat, it must go on top of the plate. This is the deep plate, also called a soup plate, it is used to serve soups or creams and must be located at the top. The flat plate goes below the deep plate. This is the plate for the bread, it must be placed to the left of the diner. The plates must maintain a distance of 2 and 3 centimeters from the edge of the table and cutlery. The coffee cup is placed here and the base plate below. You can put a maximum of four glasses per diner, according to the wines that are going to be served. The largest glass is for water, the medium one for red wine, the smallest for white wine and the fluted glass for sparkling wines. And finally, the cutlery consists of forks, knives and spoons.
