Mi nombre es Cielo Camargo, vivo en Montería, mi bella ciudad natal.

Soy tecnóloga en administración turística egresada de la universidad Jorge Tadeo lozano.

Soy casada y tengo una familia hermosa gracias a Dios.

Mi rutina por varios años ha sido muy dinámica, trabaje con compañías multinacionales como
coordinadora de ventas, pero desafortunadamente desde el mes de abril, por temas de pandemia
ya no estoy laborando.

Ahora, estoy en casa, devolviéndole a mi familia el tiempo que no estuve con ellos.

En las mañanas muy temprano me tomo una deliciosa aromática de limón.

Durante el día, tomo mucha agua, no gaseosas y en ocasiones una taza de café.

De lunes a viernes en horas de la mañana, me dedico a mi hijo a quien estoy apoyando mucho en
sus clases virtuales, refuerzo y tareas.

En las tardes casi siempre reviso mis correos, redes sociales, llamo a mi mama y también a mi
hermana que vive en Cartagena, ella es abogada y usualmente por temas de covid trabaja desde
casa.

También en las tardes aprovecho el tiempo en seguir capacitándome, me inscribo en talleres,

cursos, por lo general con temáticas que tengan que ver con ventas y todo lo referente al área de
mercadeo, desarrollo de equipos y herramientas digitales.

Actualmente estoy haciendo una homologación para obtener mi título profesional en

administración turística y poder realizar una especialización en gerencia de mercado.

Los fines de semana entre todos organizamos la casa, hacemos limpieza general y dejamos todo al
día para empezar una nueva semana.

Nos encanta compartir momentos en familia, ver una buena película juntos, comer palomitas y
contar una que otra anécdota.

De las comidas, me gusta mucho el pescado y los asados con ensaladas. No consumo alimentos
fritos ni arroces.

En las noches hago ejercicios ayudada de tutoriales en televisión y de vez en cuando tomo una que
otra bebida natural para acompañar mi rutina de ejercicios.

Todos los días, doy gracias a Dios. Casi nunca me voy a dormir sin hablar con él.

I am currently doing an homologation to obtain my profesional
degree in tourism administration and to be able to do a
specialization in market management.

On weekends we all organize the house, do general cleaning and

leave everything up to date to start a new week.
We love to share moments with the family, watch a good movie
together, eat popcorn and tell the odd anecdote.
Of the meals, I really like fish and roasts with salads. I do not eat
fried foods or rice.
At night I do exercises with the help of tutorials on television and
from time to time I have a natural drink or two to accompany my
exercise routine.
Every day, I thank God. I hardly ever go to sleep without talking to
him.
