Explicación “simple present” I, we, you they


El presente simple es un tiempo verbal que expresa las rutinas y los hábitos de las personas o
cosas.
Se forma de la siguiente manera:

Afirmativo: I, we, you, they verbo Complemento

They like ice-cream. (A ellos les gusta el helado)


Thomas and Gina eat ice-cream. ( Thomas y Gina
comen helado)

Mary, Paul and Mark like football.


(A Mary, Paul y Mark les gusta el futbol)

They play football. (Ellos juegan el futbol.)

They like the park. ( A ellos les gusta el parque)

Karen and John play in the park. (Karen y John


juegan en el parque.)

I don´t like the food. ( A mi no me gusta la comida)


I don´t eat the food. (Yo no como la comida)

Cuando el sujeto es “ I, WE, YOU o THEY” usamos el auxiliar
DO + NOT antes del verbo para negar las oraciones. También se puede negar usando DON´T.

El presente simple es un tiempo verbal que expresa las rutinas y los hábitos de las personas o
cosas.
Se forma de la siguiente manera:

Afirmativo: I, we, you, they verbo Complemento

HE, SHE, IT verbo S/ES Complemento

*Cuando el sujeto es un varón, una chica, o una cosa o animal se agrega –s para conjugarlo.

*Pero cuando el verbo termina en “o”, “ss”, “sh”, “ch”, “x”, “z” se agrega –es para que el cambio se note.
