Abstract
Complexity of the Venezuelan poultry industry, takes to enterprises of sector to integrate and coordinate links that
confom its chain with the purpose of achieving competitiveness in market. Objective of this research is to analyze
the productive processes of the poultry industries of Zulia state having integrated feed, fattening and slaughter
phases (Avirosa, Avidoca, Protinal del Zulia and Agronivar). Research correspond to analytical type, by following a
no experimental of field approach; a teorical-practical study was carried out, so it was necessary makes a revision
of literature referent to the study object variables and to apply semi-structured enterviews to the managers in each
of aborded phases, besides of guided visits around study object industries. Results show that in feed, fattening and
