PARA REALIZAR LOS CALCULOS DEBES TOMAR EN CUENTA LO SIGUIENTE:
PAGO HORAS NORMALES=HORAS NORMALES*160 (El pago de horas normales se calcula multiplicando la cantidad de horas normales trabajadas por 160, ya estas horas se pagan a 160 )
PAGO HORAS EXTRAS=HORAS EXTRAS*320 (El pago de horas extras se calcula multiplicando la cantidad de horas extras trabajadas por 320, ya que estas horas se pagan a 320 pesos
SUELDO BRUTO= (PAGO HORAS NORMALES + PAGO HORAS EXTRAS) (El sueldo bruto se calcula sumando el pago de horas normales mas el pago de horas extras)
ISR (IMPUESTO SOBRE LA RENTA) (El impuesto sobre la renta se calcula multiplicando el sueldo bruto por 0,03 Nota: si te da error cambia el punto decimal por una como (,))
SS(SEGURO SOCIAL) (El seguro social se calcula multiplicando el sueldo bruto por 0,015 Nota si te da error cambia el punto decimal por una coma)

SS=SUELDO BRUTO *0,015
TOTAL DEDUCCIONES= ISR + SS ( El total de deducciones se calcula sumando el ISR +SS)
SUELDO NETO=SUELDO BRUTO – TOTAL DEDUCCIONES (El sueldo neto se calcula restando al sueldo bruto menos el total de deducciones)
