GLOSARIO
Tapering: consiste en la reducción de la intensidad y/o volumen del
entrenamiento si llegar a provocar una desadaptación. Estas suelen realizarse
cerca de la competición. La reducción suele ser de un 50% en los atletas de alto
rendimiento. (Winwood, P. W., et al. ,2018)
