1.- OBJETO
Identificar, reconocer y actuar preventiva y
eficazmente ante un supuesto contagio de Covid-19 en
cualquier instalació n de Goldwind,Tecnorenova y
empresas colaboradoras.
2.- ALCANCE
El presente está ndar es de aplicació n obligatoria para
todos los colaboradores externos e internos que
realicen labores en cualquiera de los proyectos de
Goldwind, Tecnorenova y empresas colaboradoras.

3.- DESCRIPCIÓ N
Los coronavirus (CoV) son una amplia familia de virus
que pueden causar diversas afecciones, desde el
resfriado comú n hasta enfermedades má s graves,
como ocurre con el coronavirus causante del síndrome
respiratorio de Oriente Medio (MERS-CoV) y el que
ocasiona el síndrome respiratorio agudo severo
(SRAS-CoV). El coronavirus que se ha descubierto
má s recientemente causa la enfermedad por
coronavirus DENOMINADA COVID-19.
La COVID-19 Es una enfermedad infecciosa causada
por el coronavirus recientemente descubierto (SARS-
CoV-2), la cual produce síntomas similares a la gripe y

FASES DEL VIRUS / VIRUS PHASES
Fase 1: Preparació n
Consiste en que antes el conocimiento de la

se espera que los probables contagios importados
ingresen.
Fase 3: Contagio comunitario
É ste se materializa cuando la enfermedad manifiesta
avances en el nú mero de casos y ya no resulta posible
determinar la procedencia del virus o quié n contagió al
enfermo. Por lo mismo, aumentan las cuarentenas, se
hace necesario el uso de mascarillas, se recomienda
evitar aglomeraciones como las que se producen en la
locomoció n pú blica. Resulta recomendable suspender
las actividades en los colegios y universidades. Las
empresas deben reducir la afluencia de sus
empleados a travé s de sistemas de teletrabajo.
Fase 4: Transmisió n sostenida
Cuando se producen casos de transmisió n comunitaria
sostenida, significa un crecimiento exponencial de
virus en la població n. En este caso, las autoridades
sanitarias deben garantizar a la ciudadanía el manejo
oportuno de la emergencia y garantizar los recursos.
Como ocurre en el país, esta fase obliga a cerrar las
fronteras aé reas, marítimas y terrestres para el trá nsito
de personas extranjeras; se incrementa el control para
el cumplimiento de las cuarentenas, aplicando multas
y penas de cá rcel a quienes no las respeten y se

termó metro infrarrojo como mínimo, en el
botiquín de la instalació n, o en los lugares de
acceso y de control de temperatura, en el caso
de que el proyecto cuente con atenció n de
primeros auxilios externos, estos tambié n
deberá n contar con un equipo de termó metro
infrarrojo.
En caso que el control de temperatura arroje una
temperatura igual o superior a 37,5 ° C el colaborador
deberá ser derivado a la sala de aislamiento para
