INTRODUCCIÓN
Constituyen una serie de
importantes procesos de tratamiento
que tienen en común la utilización de
microorganismos (entre las que
destacan las bacterias) para llevar a
cabo la eliminación de componentes
indeseables del agua, aprovechando
la actividad metabólica de los mismos
sobre esos componentes.
