The present work is developed as a model of business plan for the launch of innovative
products, is the case of chocolate DELICOSA SENSACION SAC, a type of chocolate
company but with a different concept to the traditional and existing in the city of
Huancayo .
To establish the feasibility of the project, a market study is carried out to identify and
quantify the target consumer. An internal and external analysis of the business determines
the factors that have an impact on the feasibility of the business.
Chocolate is aimed at satisfying the market need found under the use of study techniques
to determine consumer behavior. The techniques applied the survey, the same ones that
yielded the required information.
In order to expand the variety of fillings and flavors of chocolates, what we are looking
for with this project is to introduce a new product to the market with innovative flavors
and shapes, thus seeking a new option for the customer.
Our main priority is to satisfy the need and give the customer a good product with
economic ease.
