PASO UNO
Su atencin por favor! El Capitn nos informa que debido a _____________ efectuaremos
un aterrizaje de emergencia dentro de ___ minutos. Los tripulantes estamos entrenados para
atender este tipo de situacin, la maniobra no es peligrosa pero es necesario tomar ciertas
precauciones. Permanezca en calma y siga las instrucciones.

PASO DOS

EN CASO DE ATERRIZAJE FORZOSO:

En este momento qutese las alhajas, corbatas, dentaduras postizas, plumas y gurdelos en
la bolsa del asiento frente a usted, qutese los anteojos y llvelos consigo, qutese los
zapatos de tacn puntiagudo y gurdelos en los compartimientos superiores y llveselos
antes de abandonar el avin.
At this moment remove jewelry, neckties, false teeth, scarves, pens and Sharp objects and
stow them in the seat pocket in front of you, take off your eye glasses and carry them with
you, remove your high heeled shoes and stow them in the overhead compartment and take
them when you leave the plane.
EN CASO DE AMARIZAJE:

PASO TRES
CHALECO
Saque el chaleco salvavidas de la bolsa debajo de su asiento y pngaselo, Espere a salir del
avin para inflarlo.
Remove the life jacket under your seat and put it on. Wait until you are out of the aircraft to
inflate the vest.
COJIN FLOTADOR
Antes de abandonar el avin desprenda la base de su asiento y llvelo como ayuda de
flotacin, colquelo contra el cuerpo con las correas hacia afuera, pase las manos a travs
de las mismas y sujtelas firmemente. Los infantes se colocarn entre el pecho de adulto y
el cojn.
Before leaving the plane, take your seat cushion and use it as a flotation device, place it
against your body with tires on the outside position, put your hands across the tires and

PASO CUATRO

PASO CINCO
Todo su equipaje de mano deber ser colocado en los compartimientos superiores o debajo
del asiento frente a usted. Coloque el respaldo de su asiento en posicin vertical, abroche su

All your carry on luggage should be stowed in the over head compartments or under the
seat in front of you. Place the back of your seat in a vertical position, fasten your seat belt
and stow the service tray in front of you.

PASO SEIS
Cuando escuche la seal: IMPACTO!
Adopte una de las siguientes posiciones de impacto:
Coloque ambos pies firmes sobre el piso. Cruce los brazos sobre el respaldo frente a usted y
coloque la cabeza entre stos, o baje la cabeza y tmese de sus tobillos, como lo muestran
ahora los sobrecargos.
Deber permanecer en esta posicin hasta que el avin se detenga por completo.
When you hear: BRACE!
Place your feet flat on the floor, cross your arms and place your hands on the seat back in
front of you and place your head between your arms or heads down and grab your ankles,
as now being shown by the cabin crew.
Remain in this position until the plane comes to a complete stop.
