●CANADA es vasta y diversa.
Ocupando la mayor parte de porción
norte del continente norteamericano
(precisamente un 41%), Canadá
constituye el segundo país mas
grande del mundo en superficie total,
solo superada por Rusia. Canadá
comprende un inmenso territorio
entre el océano pacifico, al oeste, y
el océano atlántico, al este.

CANADA is vast and diverse.
Occupying most of the northern
portion of the North American
continent (precisely 41%),
Canada is the second largest
country in the world in total
area, only surpassed by
Russia. Canada comprises an
immense territory between the
Pacific Ocean to the west and
the Atlantic Ocean to the east.

Tipo de gobierno Canadá es una monarquía
constitucional y un Estado Federal con representación
parlamentaria democrática. Poder Ejecutivo La Jefa de

Politically it is a federal state, a member of the

sovereign of the United Kingdom, represented by a
governor general appointed by the Crown at the
proposal of the Canadian prime minister.

EDUCACION Y SISTEMA DE SALUD
El sistema de educación canadiense está
conformado por cuatro niveles
fundamentales: escuelas primarias y
secundarias, institutos técnicos, escuelas
de idiomas y universidades. La educación

preescolar hasta la escuela secundaria y
tambien cuenta con un Sistema de salud
universal financiado através de

INGREDIENTES
1 Kilo de papa
2 Cucharadas de harina de trigo
½ de kilo de queso mozzarella
2 cucharadas de mantequilla
2 tazas de caldo de res.
Sal y pimienta al gusto
Abundante aceite.
MODO DE PREPARACION
1) Para el gravy; mezcla la mantequilla con la harina.
2) Pasa la mezcla a una sarten a fuego medio y cocina por 12 min hasta
conseguir un color marrón.
3) Agrega el caldo de res y salpimienta al gusto cocina por 15 min mas.
4) Corta las papas en bastones y deja remojar en agua para quitarles el
exceso de almidón.
5) Escurre bien y reserva.
6) Calienta abundante aceite y fríe las papas hasta que se doren, escurre y
agrega sal al gusto.
7) Sirve las papas agrega el queso en trozos y cubre con abundante gravy.
8) Sirve y disfruta.
